What is Gochar?
Gochar is the reading of current planetary positions (transits) against your birth chart, traditionally counted from the natal Moon. Each slow planet has houses from the Moon where its transit is classically favourable: Jupiter in the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th; Saturn, Rahu and Ketu in the 3rd, 6th and 11th.
How it works
Every tool uses the same chart and the same classical rules as your full Kundli report, so the results always agree with your reading.
Frequently asked questions
Why count from the Moon?
Classical texts judge transits mainly from the Moon sign, the mind's position in the chart.
