Each Rudraksha, by its number of faces (mukhi), is traditionally linked to a planet: 1 Mukhi with the Sun, 2 Mukhi with the Moon, 3 Mukhi with Mars, and so on. Choosing the bead of a planet that works for you in your chart is the classical approach; the 5 Mukhi is considered suitable for everyone.
Tirth suggests beads for your Lagna, 5th and 9th lords and for the planet running your current Mahadasha. Pairings differ between lineages, most visibly for Saturn, and the report says so.
